🎯 Inquiries
Who am I/are we in relationship to this place—its land, water, kin species— all those we share this home with?
If we held Solidarity across difference as our highest community value, what kinds of bonds might be built? What community might be enabled?
How might local organizations and institutions be a nurse log for community actualization?
How can I/we enable a solidarity economy of generative and just social & ecological relations?
📋 Premise
We (see us below) are inviting Capital Regional District (CRD) community members across societal sectors who are compelled by the hunger for something else to come together. We can build power from within to drive better conditions for all. After years and even decades of trying to change the conditions of our community through myriad means, many are depleted and even exhausted. Across experiences, community members hold the resonance and dissonance of how personal and communal realities align with their hopes, dreams, values, and beliefs.host
